Due to the time it has taken to develop what was considered V12.03, it will be changed to be considered V13.
The aim of V13 will be
*Updating paintmode (making it less confusing and updating UI Design)
*Reworking the score to give greater value to notible sites (Cities, Nuclear sites, World Wonders, Artificial islands)
*Changing/Updating the controls in the game (Splitting , and . zoom speed and scroll zoom speed to make scroll faster and more!)
*If time and able to adding some sound to the game!
As always with major updates there is a Event vote Wave 1 out of 2 + finally is already live
This time instead of only giving you 2 votes i'm testing out letting everyone rank each proposed event giving each one a score between 0 and 9.
Also the heavily hinted god mode / control over events is atm planned for V13.01 Instead of Earlier said V12.04 due to these changes.
