- Dice no longer 'reroll' when unsleeping from physics simulation
- Reenabled SM5 support for fallback
- Added additional spawn locations for dice
- Added escape menu

- Added graphics scalability options to new escape menu
- Dice are now added to a 'dice pool' from the dice tray buttons and then rolled separately. The exception is the coin
- Added variable size dice pool based on roll type
- UI now scales with screen resolution

- Added angular damping to prevent dice from spinning forever in certain conditions
