Tab Key Overlay, FOV slider, Post Process FX hotkeys

The next item in the Dev log is the Tab Key as a UI overlay with sliders for FOV, Auto-rotate speed and direction, and music track control.

So far, this is not done, but it could be soon.  Stayed tuned to see when.
