Fixes, changes and new functionality:

• Added connect/disconnect button, so the user can load/save configurations without auto-connecting.
• Added new update functionality to delete unused files/directories.
• Added status so the user knows when Discord Custom Activity is connected to Discord.
• Small change in the look of the background.
• Fixed issue that on startup when Discord Custom Activity would open faster than Discord it would prompt an error that Discord is not running.
