1.20 Update

Some recent changes to the packages KBonk relies on now allow access to Twitch's EventSub subscriptions without needing a separate server to communicate with. Due to that previous restriction, I'd avoided implementing EventSub-locked events until now. Practically, this finally enables Follow events!

• New Event: Follow
  • Defaults to Enabled, Single bonk, 0 cooldown.
• No longer auto-retries authentication after initial startup. Login window will now only re-appear when clicking the "Log in" button.
  • This should prevent multiple login windows from appearing simultaneously after logging out.
    
• Minor visual adjustments.
• Updated packages.
