Working on new Agent Info Page

This is work in progress.   The Agent Info Page is used to do a couple of things:  first of all you can see the attributes of an agent (an agent is an NPC you can direct to do things on your behalf like collect materials for manufacturing); and you can use this screen to adjust work assignments; and lastly there might be some HR functions like unblocking an agent or even releasing them from your payroll.
