Alpha Build 0.25.1

Rally of Rockets
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux

- Fixed typo issue with `receieved` to `received` on auth scene.

- Fixed issue with Server displaying non-authed users with authed colored name tag.
- Fixed blinking car on join issue (sent lastValidSegment on NewCar packet.)
- Fixed boost not resetting when car transponder causes reset.
- Fixed no longer able to drift in reverse, caused RocketCar to move forward.
- Fixed Previous/Next node spam (only do it for current node)
- Fixed the racetrack TrackSpace issue with halfspace tests for leading/trialing edge.
- Fixed issues with ror_logger and channel settings.
- Fixed crash on shutdown when using X to close.
- Fixed: Server will send Disconnect events if userid is out of range for a couple packets.
- Changed setting file location to AppData if not loaded next to executable.
- Added imgui ui to set logging level for channels. (developer mode)
- Added saving and loading the log settings from disk.
- Converted to sending quat/pos vs matrix transform. 28b vs 64b (7 floats vs 16 floats).
- Synchronizing the Physics and Gameplay tuning parameters across network.
- Server sends Disconnect message to who-ever sends unknown packets.
