Speedrun kit update for 1.40

I updated speedrun kit's autosplitter to support 1.40.0. Second campaign is still not supported, sorry for that.

Also 1.40 was reuploaded, if you haven't noticed, to fix the issue with pregenerated stage NPCs being invisible.
