What's new:

• MPD 23 and INEG "Spark" now consume 75x more fuel if there is no electricity.

What's changed:

• Adjusted textures of the battery, RTG, INEG "Spark", and MPD 23.
• The range that counts as "landing" on a planet has been increased. This makes the "Outer Streak" challenge less tedious.
