Fixes and Freezing

Some quick bug fixes:

• Game over screen displays information properly
• Minimum damage an attack can deal is now 1.
• Freezing and Health Boost traits are now on items.

I also forgot to enable some traits on the initial release:

• Freezing
  • Keeps enemies from dodging.
  • Multiply dodge chance by 30 percent (50 percent chance becomes 15 percent.)
• Health Boost
  • Makes you less likely to get cancer. If I ever add cancer to the game.
  • Gives you 2 extra max health.
