Weave 3.0c

Four changes here.

1. (W)orld selection on the title screen menu will only be removed if your WEAVEZZT.CFG indicates you're distributing a RELEASE.
2. When playing .ZZT files without a .INI, a 3.2 indicator in the top corner will indicate that Compatibility Mode is on.
3. WEAVEDMO has been updated to address both of the above.
   1. Additionally, a COMPAT.ZZT world has been added to the WEAVEDMO directory discussing and demonstrating Compatibility Mode.
      
4. LOOMZZT is now version 1.1.3b, with a small quality-of-life fix for custom text with default color mode off. (no longer messes with the CHAR of the text, only the color.)
