Dev Update #183

Scene 21.

I'm still working on posing it. With 85 shots posed, a third of the scene is done. I started rendering it and so far I'm satisfied with the results.

The scene is Cassie-oriented but will also show a fair bit of Eve and Kelly. Kelly is opening up to her new friends and might finally allow herself to smile and have fun a bit. So far, there aren't many difficulties. Some poses take time, some others are of the easy kind. The biggest challenge has become finding a way to introduce diversity in "conversational shots". Which isn't as trivial as it may sound.

I'm thinking about rewriting a few paragraphs of the love variant of scene 21. My original script isn't bad but I have a few ideas to make it better. That part starts with shot number 161. So I have a bit of time ahead of me to think this through.

The quick sum up :

• Day 6 Part 2 will contain 8 scenes (Scenes 19 to 26).
• Scenes 19 to 21 are written, and scenes 19 and 20 are posed and rendered.
• 21086 words so far.
• 680 renders are planned, 508 shots are posed and 433 are rendered.
• I'm working on posing and rendering scene 21.
