Demo Version 9.1: MAJOR Lag Fix and 2-3x faster GI

We caught the issues with lag in long-running saves and slow GI updates.
Please download the new demo if you want everything to feel super fast and smooth, as GI updates are now 2-3 times faster! Gotta go fast.

• Improved GI calculation speed by A LOT, it's now 2-3 times faster
• Added slider for changing GI calculation speed to settings, useful for slower gpus and potatos
• Fixed lag in long-running saves
• Cmd line option for loading games
• Smashing metal blocks now gives 2 metal instead of 8
• Maybe fixed invalid swapchain errors. Resizing on Windows is still a bit sketchy, though
• Saves between demo version 9.1 and 9 are compatible this time
