Update v0.2

Fixes, changes n' additions!

• Added difficulty selection. is the game too hard for you? Try baby mode, ya big baby!
• Changed Leon's animations to make him look more engaged with the mentals trying to murder him!
• Tweaked Leon's jump so he can jump further now. Makes jumping over those spike pits a bit more forgiving.
• Added a lovely new HUD.
• Tweaked level 1 a bit to bring the difficulty down.
• Added a whole new stage. Just for you!
• Added a boss fight with the chainsaw wielding Dr. Salvador! Defeat him to save Ashley.
• Added a score/rank screen.
