ZLE v.1.3
ZLEA downloadable tool for Windows and Linux
Minor update 1.3. No new special features, just bug fixes, and quality-of-life changes. Though if the update really needs the name than it would be called:
OpenGL ES + shortcuts update!
What changed?
- Particle system type can now also be changed to Line strip, Triangle strip, or Triangle fan (in case anyone needs it, to me it is kinda useless)
- Added a special particle type Quads (triangles) - for OpenGL ES support since Quads are not supported on OpenGL ES
- ZLE can now work on any framerate - added a vertical sync option (switch between 60Hz or native framerate)
- Editing tilemaps is easier than before - added Clear, Replace, Undo, and Redo buttons as well as key binds (1 - 9) for selecting tiles with indexes 1 - 9
- Undo and redo captures up to 100 previous changes
- Added "import tilemap" as well as drag and drop from files to "import tilemap" for quicker importing
- The camera temporarily changes position when toggling edit mode on tilemaps
- Added shortcut keys F G and H for toggling grid, shaders, and particles
- All of the OK buttons can be pressed with enter
- Fixed a bug with transform icons not disappearing when they should
- Fields like max particles, item name or particle spawn rate now only apply values when enter key is pressed (instead of each time value was changed)
- Added an apply button to shaders since you might not want uniforms to update instantly
- Added bg image to setup
- Level.h - the ZLE header file is now also compatible with OpenGL ES and should work on Android devices without any issue
- Fixed some loading bugs in Level.h
- Removed the light theme
