Version 1.1 Update

I've read some of the comments, and made a few changes:

• Fixed a bug that caused Ice to not respawn properly sometimes.
• Made the "Menu Toggle" button more obvious, and better explained what was in it.
• Made "Practice Mode" not only pause the timer, but also now hides the timer.
• Added "Double Jump" option in menu.
• Increased vertical size of Ice cube hitboxes.

The core game experience has been left mostly untouched, just added some options to help practice it.
