Build 0011

Changes in this build:

• Victory condition (get to a final room at the end of level 66).
• Respawn to the Shoppe on dying.
• Being defeated by losing all Soul Power.
• Being defeated by falling into The Void.
• Being able to buy stuff in Ye Olde Devilish Shoppe. You can open the shop screen, but it doesn't do anything yet.
• Implement the Neg Shield and Slow Curses potions, as these will definitely be needed to win the game.
• More curse words. Curse word variation increases per level.

And now it's a race against time to fit in anything else before the jam deadline.
