Version 0.1.3 is out!

This is another minor update mostly with UX improvements:

• You can now build or delete multiple machines by holding LMB and dragging.
• Camera panning changed to RMB.
• Deleting machines is now done via a separate tool on the hotbar.
• Spots (the squares marking inputs/outputs of the machines) are now showing/hiding correctly.
