Wang & More Update 4.0

This is a HUGE update with a ton of improvements!

• Full wang tiles for 6 different ground textures (with alternate version where snow replaces the light colored grass)
• A sample map with the wang terrains fully configured (use Tiled)
• Ploppable objects (like trees, bushes, and rocks) separated into smaller sheets of like size AND individual sprites.
• Tall grass cut effect animation (cut the grass!)
• A ton of minor cleanup and polish improvements and fixes that most people won't notice
