Touch the Stars - Build 0.0.4

I forgot to publish the changes from Build 0.0.3 so here's the combined changes of both :P

Features

• Added sound effect when touching stars
• Added a button to toggle sound
• Added star count below the player

Fixes

• Optimized the way stars are spawned and destroyed to hopefully prevent crashes
• Adjusted the position of the character, level bar, and some text
• Removed fullscreen option on web build
• Removed debug text
