Exploration Oracle Arrays v1.1

Hi, version 1.1 of my Exploration Oracle Arrays is now available!

Updates include:

1. Adding a reference to Iron City - District Generator by vishae.
2. Additional clarifications in Introduction and Examples of use
3. Change of "planetside settlements" into "grounded settlements", as they can be also on moons, asteroids and other bodies.
4. Typo corrections
