v006 Update

#Update
- The way the hoverboard is rotated while following the track has been altered.
- Movement and other applied forces should now work correctly regardless of the framerate.
- There is now a restart button on the pause menu for the first and second levels.
- A lonely pink cube has been removed.
There was supposed to be a WebGL build as well, but it keeps breaking during testing, but I'll try and get it working at some point. If you run into any other issues feel free to let me know.
