Added support for control without a mouse, just using the keyboard.
The new Fire and Shield keys are 9 and 0 which are easy to reach from WASD or the arrow keys.
Also added support for AZERTY keyboards which use QZSD instead of WASD.
Finally the game controls can be viewed in-game from a game controller icon on the main screen.
