New fighter jet model

  • Fixed problem when holding down fire button to load scenes, which would result in enemies not spawning and values and displaying
  • Can now quit the game from the title screen by pressing the Esc button
  • Refactored the scene loading code
  • Repositioned the starting point of the missile
