Big update alpha V1.4

here are a new update for dasher:

in this days i have been working in a lot of new things for the game, some of these things are:

• A new level and a redesigned level 1
• the music are implemented again temporally
• touch control now have a design (im still working on that)
• a new tab: The settings tab
• HD Quality in the settings tab.

And what happened with the 1.3 update?
the update 1.3 was really small, so I decided to group everything in this update

i been working really hard in this game.
