Minor Update - v1.3.2

This time an even smaller update, just ironing out a few bugs that we missed in the last version!

Bugfixes:

• Fixed music not playing on the stage selection screen when loading a saved game;
• Fixed a bug causing the game to crash when the AI places a card after being countered.
