Added a plain text version to improve accessibility.

Hello!

I while back on the official Borg discord (Dis_Borg?) someone mentioned accessibility options and that adding a plain text file can solve at lot of these issues as they're easy to read, and easy to copy in to various text reading doohickeys. With that in mind I've included a text based version for any of you who would find it easier to work with.

It has highlighted some EMBARRASSING typos in the pdf. Nothing major thankfully, but they're on my list to sort next.

Let me know if anyone who would find this sort of thing useful finds it useful. I've added a few // and such to help differentiate sections, but if they're too much i'm happy to pair it back to bare bones.
