This update includes a ton of changes under the hood, but I'll stick to listing things the player will notice:
I've also turned off the pixel perfect camera in this build. This may results in your seeing tears in the terrain tiles occasionally... I'll have to figure out a camera movement solution to this at some point, but turning it off has way more upsides than downsides at this point.
Alot of work in this update went into making the new after-image generator and tail psuedo-physics. The former did not work in webGL initially, and figuring out a solution was its own big hurdle, but everything should work as expected now!
I may try to add even more enemies next, and work on Ko's new attack animations, which will probably also bring an overhaul to the melee combo system too.
