When I started playing TTRPGs with my kiddo, I would run into the problem that when she wanted to play, it took me too long to pull a game together. By the time I was ready, she wanted to do something else. My solution was to create story starters with an adventure idea, some locations, NPCs, items, and complications on a single two-sided page. I could glance over the story starter and be ready to run a game in a few minutes.
Nothing but the Tooth is the first story starter I created for public use and I ran it with my kiddo on Episode 3 of the Almost Bedtime Theater podcast. Later on, I refined it a bit and entered it in the 2021 One Page Dungeon Contest, where it was selected as one of the winners. Both versions are available in this bundle.
