MCX Build 2 Released

MCX Build 2 is available.  Some of the updates include...

• Additional connector and the beginning of a new area
• NPC outpost to interact with
• Friendly turrets not part of the player's vehicle
• Simple "quests"
• Reworked NPC AI
• Fixed starting encounters as a start to making a tutorial
• Added a second "special" that boosts the player's vehicle speed temporarily
