On the left, the TV just changed colors and is now turned on(gives positive points, or "sleepy points"* ?, Idk how to call 'em).
In the middle, you can see the reference block for the unnamed window lad. This "enemy" spawns at random times and positions(X) on the window, gives negative points**.
*More "sleepy points" = win(yipee, you got to sleep)
**Less "sleepy points" = lose(your life sucks cuz you can't peacefully sleep)
