Background Update

Updates for a few  things:

1.  Title Screen: (Start, Exit, Main Title) colors and position changed.
2. Design: Some stages have different backgrounds ; Stage two (Animals) and  Stage  Four (Colors)
3.  Gameplay: After Stage One, many of the items on other stages will move to different areas of the screen  instead of remaining static. The planets on Solar System stage have a slight rotation instead of just verticals movements.
4.  Design: Stage Four (Colors) - Mascot changed  on the right screen  to a rotating block.
5.  Design: Stage Five (Flags) -  Two countries added (Japan, Indonesia) which were forgotten beforehand.
6. Design: Some the dialogue is different or reworded. Piggy's comments at the leaderboard is an example.
7. Design: Star Rating cue changed and the position of the scores are now at the top of the screen instead of spread out in different areas.
8. Gameplay: The Flags remain static even  when Sort Out is called. 21 items separating in different directions can be a bit daunting.
