This releases adds a long-standing missing feature and incidentally fixed the fire-water interactions.
Contact conditions can now occur from fluids to fluids, fluids to blocks, blocks to fluids (new), and blocks to blocks (new). I'm not sure if there will ever be a need for masks to have contact conditions. Hrm. Dry grass becomes green grass after watering?
In the following animated gif, I would like to point out that fire dropping on water now works properly and that fire touching mud turns it back into dirt. Both of these were already implemented in the bootstrap mod, but were not being processed by the FluidHandler class. Now they are.
Now I've got most everything I need for that block alchemy mod, hehe.
