Initial Alpha Release

This is an EXTREMELY unfinished initial release that has some of the basic story beats, but still has a LOT of things that are lacking.

What's coming soon:

• Better motivation to get the players to the hydroelectric/containment facility
• Individual stats for the CYCLOPS operatives
• Inclusion of maps for specific locations
• Special weapons
