added concealment and visibility mechanics
must have los to a unit and have it be within sight range for it to appear visible
los can be blocked by hills or other units
units in concealment, ie in the woods for now, have sight range to them reduced
redid entire basic soldier movement and in combat coordination, some bugs still but better and more performant than before for the most part

fixes to realign and stop command
poa adjustments with autodrop
fixes to break out of stuck in state code
made goading with shooting of same unit repeatedly a bit less annoying
fixed up jittering animations
