Sargolis in CC-BY

Continuing on with the re-licensing...

In the aftermath of the whole "We want backsies on the OGL" thing, it seemed good to put my things under CC-BY just to make the permission to use clearly irrevocable.  The original "unlicense" remains in place for any situation where use of CC-BY material  is unwieldy or problematic. The same or very similar updates are being applied to my other material, though it'll be spread out over a few days.

In the case of Sargolis, some material is also under Creative Commons via Tunnel Goons; see the license page at the end for details.

(Also I fixed some bullet points that looked weird.)
