Version 3.0.0 Released

A new major version of EIH has been released! There are too many changes to list them all here, but some highlights include:

• The game now keeps track of some data about your performances, including:
  • A death log that displays the number of times you've died under different circumstances
  • The total number of times you've won or lost each game type
  • Your highest achieved score for each game type
• New options menu with game settings that can be changed, including:
  • Support for different window sizes and full screen toggling
  • Control options including game pad support and a WASD control scheme option
  • Customizable color input to optionally replace the vibrant red with one of a player's choice
  • Customizable minimum brightness to support different monitor types and play environments
• New game content and rebalanced difficulty progression
  • More new rooms to explore
  • New items and tools to use
  • Additional threats and traps
    
    
• New graphical effects and a custom game shader
  • Deeper blacks in color range
  • Screen flash effects
  • Additional visual details
• Some rare game crashing bugs fixed
