This update was a simple bug fix

1. Made death blocks actually death blocks (JumpLab)
2. Added a Settings Menu
   1. Still buggy but it gets the job done
      1. Adjust Resolution
      2. Toggle Full Screen 
      3. CHOOSE GRAPHICS SETTINGS
3. Made a section of GEBS 2093 harder (Thank Okdoge)
4. Thats it
