Updates and changes:
- Reworded how the CQC example was laid out, attempt to make it clearer.
- Added explanation for 1/2 CQC value, as some crew are worse at it than others and need teammates to assist them in fights.
- Added passive abilities to choose from for players using Neutral Factions in Core Rules.
- Added Resolve stat to statblock for crewmembers (glaring oversight on my part!)
