General Update and New Palette Tools Plugin

General:

Currently the new plugin, "Palette Tools" is a standalone plugin not available in the Full project example. I started some big updates with the Sprite Cropper and need to finish them before releasing the full project example again. Hope to add features to the Sprite Cropper like offset and margins, but it might be awhile, as I'm busy with other stuff.

New Plugin:

Added a new plugin called palette tools. This allows you to modify the editor's color swatches. You can also save and load palettes for switching out with the swatches. Palettes can be easily added with a Lospec URL, which will fill in the palette name and author for you. Create your own palettes. Palettes can even be moved to other project with the add-on by copying the config file.
