JAM RELEASE

FURNACE is out!

My sweet baby, finally out in the world... FURNACE is the first game that I've actually finished! The tight time scale of the jam (just seven days!) really helped me focus on getting a real product out instead of endless iterating. Of course, I hacked out lots of stuff from the drawing board and ended up with a much simpler experience that I had wanted, but staying in scope is a good thing in my book.

I'll probably take a good long break before I try out anything else, either more work (or just a remake, to be honest...) on FURNACE or another project. That being said, I had a great time and am super thankful to the good people running Godot Wild Jam for getting me up off my tush to make something! Please check out other entries in the jam if you get the chance, and of course cast a vote while you're there.
