-Zapper rate of fire decreased from firing every 1 tic to 2 tics
-Zapper damage increased slightly to compensate
-Zapper has a new sound replacement
-Zapper can stop firing after a single shot, not 2
-Zapper cooldown animation is now smoother
-Redid Powered Zapper's idle sprites
-Powered up Zapper beam has more vertical spread
-Tazer module only drains power while shocking enemies
-Tazer shock rate increased drastically
-Powered stinger damage increased from 100 to 120-180 damage
-Added a missing impact sound for Scatter projectiles
-Removed Scatter weapon only having a 33% chance to appear on shotgun spawns, now has a 100% chance to appear
