- Added health bar functionality to the campaign enemy icons.

BUGS FIXED
- Player 2 pressing the start button in the campaign menu started a PvP match.
- PvP mode had no pause menu.
- PvP mode player screens were mix matched.
- Player 1 Cards during a PvP match were twice as big as they should actually be.
