Added controls:
F11 key toggles fullscreen. Black bars will show on either side of screen since the game is currently 4:3 aspect ratio.
Escape key closes the game.

This version includes a number of performance optimizations. These changes should allow a wider range of Windows systems to run the game properly and smoothly, specifically lower performance devices, Hardware such as netbooks running on mobile-spec processors without dedicated graphics/video cards will now be able to run the game at its intended frame rate.
As part of the optimizations, I had lowered the quality of a few sprite/texture images, so you might notice a few items that look fuzzy/grainy/jaggy/etc. I'll try and improve their quality in future updates if I can avoid any performance hits.
Player-ground collision is still a bit buggy. I made some small improvements that should make it easier to jump between platforms, but this is just a stop-gap solution. I intend to tackle the physics next, and likely completely rewrite how they work. This will be the feature of the v1.0.0.4 update, with a couple possible enhancements to the gameplay itself.
After that, I'll move forward with developing beyond Level 1-Stage 1.
