GameBreakers 0.3 ("alpha")

Alpha release of Game Breakers.

• The menu theme has been changed
• The menu backgrounds are now animated
• Mr Bones' damage values are now implemented correctly (again)
• Rubber Duck can now rocket jump with their neutral strong attack
• Various other adjustments probably
