- Dash Back
- Reduced startup lag (3f -> 0f)
- Holding back dash now returns to Wait instead of restarting (fixes some prediction issues)
- Holding any move on your turn will force the character into that move's default followup (usually Wait).
- Does not affect hit cancelling.
- Should help with some of the devious "frame kill" situations
- No more infinite hitstun if you ground bounce (this nerfs hit 7 ninja air kick and a few other edge cases basically)
## Cowboy
- Ankle Cutter
- IASA reduced (23f -> 18f)
- Hitstun reduced (20f -> 14f)
- Launches up and toward cowboy
- Forward momentum increased and starts earlier

- Again has invulnerability on TP in-place

- New move: Gust
- Quick aimable gust of wind that pushes (or pulls) everything.
- Sandstorm
- Removed (replaced by new move)
- Vile Clutch
- Second hit hitstop reduced (30f -> 10f)
- Confusing Touch
- Can no longer clash
- Icicle (air)
- Launch angle adjusted to send more downward
- Knockback increased (6.0 -> 7.5)
- Startup reduced (6f -> 5f)
- Tome Slap
- Damage proration altered (1 -> 0)
- Zephyr
- No longer has infinite hitstun what the fuck (inf -> 18f)
- Geyser
- Reduced distance
- IASA increased (22f -> 25f)
## Ninja
- Summon (kunai)
- Kunai now disappear when they hit the ceiling
