Important Security and Functionality Fix

This is a MAJOR security and functionality fix. There was a bug in the key generation code that would result in the same value being used as a key no matter what was in the box. This issue just spontaneously happened. Also I had to fix the compression level code in the same way of making the values get to the needed code more directly. In the process of fixing the key code I ended up switching to an implementation of the key generator that is fully backwards compatible but has the ability to use Unicode as passwords without needing UTF-7. These fixes took two whole days to make. I did extensive testing when trying to get this to work. It was painful. But nonetheless it worked after two whole days of this.
