The Conveyor Belt Update - R11 Changelog

We're back! We spent the first two weeks of August doing the #LOWREZJAM (see: SIN-39-6204) and have been on a much-needed vacation since, so today marks our first update in about a month. This week's update is fairly small, but we're hoping to have a few bigger content updates ready for next week. 

Changelog: 

• Updated / added new tilesets to allow for changing seasons (NYI outside of main quest).
• Added conveyor belts.
• New platforming area (unfinished).
