A comment has just pointed out that I never made the final floor of the Structure public and I am very, very sorry and very embarrassed about that!
I've made the files available now, and I'm going to write a piece of fiction to end the entire thing as a sort of apology/consolation prize, so keep an eye out for that.
I hope you've enjoyed BLACKOUT despite the big delay to this ending. Thank you so much for your support with this project.
