Hey Everyone!
I haven't posted a lot, mainly because it's been a slog emotionally lately and I haven't been really getting a lot of work done here on the game. That said I did finish writing the first Plug and Play setting and it's called Steelton. It's basically my hometown done up as a setting, with some very fictionalized parts of it and some not very fictionalized parts of it.
It's a smaller city in the middle of Northern Ontario, Canada, where the main employer is the Steel Plant that so many people's parents, and their grandparents, worked. It was a lot of fun taking my home town and turning it into a location. I'm laying that out, as well as playing with other character sheet styles to see if there's something I can improve there, and then I'll let everyone know.
That said, I want to mention that there's an AP coming called Some Place to Be that's going to be doing characters doing mysteries in a small town and they're going to keep switching up systems every season and the 1st season they're going to be playing We Used To Be Friends! I don't have all the links yet but you can check out their page on twitter and cohost. They're posting the characters every day and the first episode is going to drop tomorrow, January 13th!
